Wayne was born in Edina, Minnesota,after high school he attended the University of Minnesota. After graduating he spent several years in Aspen, Colorado coaching the jr. ski team. Several of his pupils went on to the national ski team including several Olympians. Wayne has been in the commercial real estate business for over 20 years working with companies ranging from multi national corporations to locally owned and run businesses. Twice in the last 6 years Mr. Hagen has won the prestigious "Deal of the year award from the Minnesota Commercaial Assn. of Realtors as well as helping set up the first Job Z zone in Mn. He has served as the committee Chairman of Mncar. In his free time Wayne enjoys water skiing snow skiing and golf as well as volunteering at the Minnetonka schools which his children attend.
