Patrick was born in New York and grew up on the East Coast.  He moved to Minnesota with his family shortly before starting High School at Benilde Saint Margaret's in Saint Louis Park.  After graduating from Benilde, he went to the University of Saint Thomas where he graduated with a Degree in Business Entrepreneurship.  Patrick spent his first few years out of college working for a large marketing agency in Minneapolis where he managed several Fortune 500 companies' promotional marketing programs.  He enjoys using his marketing experience when working with sellers/Landlords to sell/fill their space as quickly as possible as well as using his degree in business entrepreneurship to truly partner with buyers/tenants and find a property that fits their own unique business plan. 

Patrick is an active member of the Twin Cities Robert Emmets Hurling Club and also enjoys softball, football, golf and hockey.  He is a huge Vikings, Wild and Twins fan (when they aren't playing his favorite team...the Yankees).  He is a member of the Southwest Metro Chamber of Commerce and currently resides in Eden Prairie.
