Promise Community Church of Waconia, MN purchased 141 Depot Drive back in July of 2009 and hasn't looked back since.  Justin Stueve was able work with the Church and the Ownership to make this sale possible.  Pastor Mark Sullivan quickly transformed the former "Light 'N' Up" building into the Church's new gathering spot.  Since they had their first official service at the building their attendence has been increasing steadily.  Pastor Mark attributes the growth to both the proximity and visibility to Hwy 5.  Currently Justin Stueve is working with the church to lease out about 2,000 sf of retail/office space adjacent the Church, please see the listing for 141 Depot Drive or call for more info!
